  • Creating a Safe Space and Setting Boundaries
  • The Art of Listening and Being Clear
  • Gentle and Slow is the Way to Go

The 100 Hour course includes hands-on training and experience, lectures/presentations, and is concluded by *I-Act Level I Testing on the final day.

Over the last 18 years, Jeannette has developed the Gentle Heart Approach, which incorporates creating a safe space, the art of listening, and administering colon hydrotherapy effectively with a gentle and slow approach. The students and apprentices she has trained have gone on to be amazing colon hydro-therapists with glowing responses from their clients.
