Prepaid Packages, Promotions and Specials

• Payments for discounted packages must be made in full at time of purchase. Cash or check only.
• Packages and Promotions will expire one year from the date of purchase.
• Sessions are not transferable or refundable.

Returns and Refunds

• There are no refunds, or exchanges on services, gift certificates, or purchased products.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• To avoid full charges on your scheduled appointments, a 24 hour cancellation or rescheduling notice is required.
• For Monday appointments, 48 hour notice is required.
• Failure to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours or 48 hours for Monday appointments, No Shows and No Calls, will be subject to a full charge.
